Meet Our Board of Directors

Mrs. Crystal D. Bullock

Affectionately called Nay-Nay by our Youth Leaders, Crystal is a founding member of Excellence & Ambition Inc. and our former Director of Community Outreach. She has continued on as the President of our Board of Directors since 2019. Crystal has a heart for being a resource to our young people.

Ms. Tamia Brown

Tamia came to Excellence & Ambition Inc. as a Youthworker at Sisters Saving the City in 2017. She is now an E&A Alumni, and student at Towson University studying Enviornmental Biology. She is the beloved sister of other Alumni in our program and has been the loudest cheerleader for our new cohorts! We are grateful to have Tamia on our Board as the Vice President and wonderfully positive role model to positive youth in Baltimore City.

  • Mrs. Le'joy Davis

    Board Member since 2015

    Le’Joy has been a supporter of Excellence & Ambition Inc. from the very beginning. Although she now lives in Indianapolis, IN she has a heart for the youth of Baltimore City. Her knowledge of Youth Development and experience in 21st Century Community Learning has been absolutely imperative to our continued success.

  • Ms. Maya Boyd - Owner of Safi Cleaning Service LLC

    Board Member since 2017

    Maya is an entrepreneur and leader in youth development in Baltimore City. She is known for putting “It All In Order!” and was hands on with updating our curriculum when she served as the Director of Youth Entrepreneurship in the summer of 2018. She has great ideas for fundraising and quarterly events to help take Excellence & Ambition Inc. to the next level in Business Development for youth and young adults.

  • Mrs. Breonna Renaye

    Board Member since 2021

    Although Breonna joined our Board of Directors during the Covid Pandemic she was able to hit the ground running (albeit virtually). Since then she has been an advisor when we had program set backs during those challenging times; able to lend a professional perspective to get us through. She is a valued member of our Board and understands the vision we are striving for.
