E&A hosted events and activities for youth ages 14-21 are always a huge success. We are now outsourcing these services to the community. Each package includes set up and break down for the DMV Area, and all proceeds go towards supporting Excellence & Ambition’s OST Programs.

Event Decorating Service Agreement must be signed 60 days prior to the event date.
We require a minimum of 2 hours set up, and 1 hour break down time.
Fee is Non-Refundable, but we will work to ensure quality and provide premium customer service to the best of our ability.
Reschedule Dates are acceptable for unforeseen circumstances and must be made 2 weeks out from event. Canceled events will not be refunded.
Fee includes our Business Liability Insurance
For Quality Assurance we will not use balloons purchased by customers; but will use accessories and table setting materials provided by customers.
