  • Event Decorating Service Agreement must be signed 60 days prior to the event date.

  • We require a minimum of 2 hours set up, and 1 hour break down time.

  • Fee is Non-Refundable, but we will work to ensure quality and provide premium customer service to the best of our ability.

  • Reschedule Dates are acceptable for unforeseen circumstances and must be made 2 weeks out from event. Canceled events will not be refunded.

  • Fee includes our Business Liability Insurance

  • For Quality Assurance we will not use balloons purchased by customers; but will use accessories and table setting materials provided by customers.
